UMD Dump prx, Easy prx plug-in that dumps UMDs

has released version 1.31 of his UMD Dump prx plug-in. This little plug-in allows you to easily dump your UMD to iso format. Just copy the umd_dump.prx and umd_dump.inf to your seplugins folder and then head to the GAME menu and then UMD logo and press home. The will present you with a simple text menu, like above. You get two options either dump the UMD (o) or exit (x).

Don’t forget to add this follow line to your vsh.txt

ms0:/seplugins/umd_dump.prx 1

      Yes and no, if you dont have a PC handy you can dump a UMD. Try doing that without a pc and this plug-in….

    I don’t see any sense using this plugin, instead of select UMD at USB Mode in the VSH Menu and just CopyPaste the .iso file to your PC.
    It is a big thing, that somebody do develop for our precious handheld, but this thing just shows a way for your left hand to scratch your right ear.

        Yes, i could imagine that kind of situation, and i see that this tool is useful for some people.
        For me, it’s just a good thing, that developing to PSP hasn’t stop. (:
