Then you have to edit the vsh text file which should also be in the seplugins folder. Add " ms0:seplugins/vshmenu.prx " to the text file without the quotes and save it. Then disconnect your psp from your computer, hold down the R trigger button while turning your psp on. This should take you into the recovery menu. Go down to plugins, hit X, go to vshmenu and hit X to enable it. Then exit the recovery menu and restart your psp normally. It should work now. Note: I think this will work on any Custom Firmware as long as it has the M33 or XMB whatever you want to call it. I'm using 4.01 - M33 right now cause the damn thing keeps bricking and I got tired of continuously reinstalling the up to date firmware...
