      You put the vshmenu file in the seplugins folder which should be located on the root of your memory stick.

      Then you have to edit the vsh text file which should also be in the seplugins folder.
      Add ” ms0:seplugins/vshmenu.prx ” to the text file without the quotes and save it.

      Then disconnect your psp from your computer, hold down the R trigger button while turning your psp on. This should take you into the recovery menu.

      Go down to plugins, hit X, go to vshmenu and hit X to enable it. Then exit the recovery menu and restart your psp normally. It should work now.

      Note: I think this will work on any Custom Firmware as long as it has the M33 or XMB whatever you want to call it. I’m using 4.01 – M33 right now cause the damn thing keeps bricking and I got tired of continuously reinstalling the up to date firmware…

      Hope this helps someone…first time posting anything on here, just noticed the comment and thought I’d try to help cause..well I’m a nice guy. Even though it’s from a month or so ago.

    1. save the vshmenu.prx to PSP memory stick’s seplugins folder
    2. edit the vsh.txt file and add ms0:/seplugins/vshmenu.prx 1
    save the file.

    3.restart ur psp

    Note: if the entry already exists just replace with this one.

    WOW this is buggy for my psp phat 1000 model… it runs but when a menu is selected, after exiting my psp runs extremely slow and laggy, not to mention being frozen when entering recovery mode and trying to exit from there. It does get better but the psp must be restarted after changes are made using this menu.

    I read that I must copy the .prx-file to my seplugins-folder -> after that must i go to Recovery Menu and enable Ultimate VSH Menu and must I disable “Use M33 VSH Menu”?
    And earlier someone wrote that there´s a .txt-file -> I don´t have this file?
