Total_Noob: 6.38 Kernel Exploit Found

decided to take a look at the latest PSP Firmware to see if you could find any Kernel exploits. Proving just how Pro he is, he discovered a in 6.38 after only one week searching. Doesn’t look like we will be seeing a 6.38 HEN however, judging from his comment. Personally I think many would be content seeing a 6.38 without an loader.

When I got a new PSPgo (other one was bricked, ’cause this **** Perma-Patch), I decided to spend some time to find a new Kernel Exploit. This is the result after one week. It is not going to be released, ’cause there’s no ISO-Loader integrated, so you guys are probably not content with it.

    Just a thought but if you are incapable of actually hacking a psp then maybe you should be grateful for the fact that someone out there is taking the time to give you a service for free. I have been an avid fan of the psp since the 1000 series and have never seen such ungrateful c*nts, maybe you should learn some code and try to hack yourself then you can make your own proof of concept video.

    Want to say thank youto all who put a lot of hard work into thier hacks. A hack is something like a gun wich is no the root of the evil its how it is used there will always be people out there that will use something that is good for bad an by not releaseing I understand why but regardless if you do or dont someone will find a way to do wht you have done (already has been done) just release it anyway an continue to do good in your own way an forget the few who use it in a bad way. I think I say this for all of us out there that use our psps for home brew that a simple thank you is not really enough really to all who have made this posible inculding sony for makeing such a great pice of hardware maybe they should have sold it as a homebrew machine from the start paid the game makers to make games they would provide for free on psn an make sales off device sales an other sony related items peeps would buy from there site. Rember this everyogreat litttlene that if it was not for them you an I would not have in our hands this great little gameing machine. Thanks to all of you your hard work does not go ignored nor unapricated.
