Rev1246: First draft of GE viewport interpretation. Not yet fully functional: this feature has to be enabled in VideoEngine.useViewport to not break current games. Code review is welcome!
Rev1245: Allow the configuration of the normal values in 3D Studio.
Rev1244: Fixed lighting for directional light (no spot exponent and cutoff).
Rev1243: Add more randomness to Texture hashCode for TextureCache (was causing problems when switching textures in 3D Studio)

Another jump in builds for , the PC java based PSP emulator. So more tweaks and adjustments have been applied to further improve the emulators speed. If you want to try running a few of your PSP games on your PC then this is really the only application to use.

Instructions on how to use :

1) Install last java version download http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp

2) Extract package the program http://www.7-zip.org/ – compilations upload for me rev.7z ( includes the libraries x86 .dll needed to execute on .7z pack )
3) Double-click on jpcsp0.3 .bat files you configuration adecuade 256m (512m) Ejemplar. ** Note Windows x64 Requered JOGL x64 downloaded the link http://download.java.net/media/jogl/bui … -amd64.zip remplace JOGL .dll on the folder
4) to run the games is as follows Ejemplar :

UMD games are if you copy the folder umdimages (the Interface Load -> UMD -> Select UMD Image detect :P and Load )

emulation of such a memory stick PSP ms0\PSP\GAME\folder name\ XXX.PBP File Ejemplar (The interface Load -> memstick -> Selec file detect and load :P )

Items stored in the memory stick are located in the following path ms0\PSP\SAVEDATA\folder ULES GAME\ files .bin and .sfo a.k.a :P

The team are back with another version of there Java PSP emulator for the PC. This version is over 50% fast than version 0.2 and includes many more bugs+fixes as listed below.

v0.3 Revision 1105 Changelog.

  • A huge improvement in CPU/FPU/VFPU added and fixed a considerable instructions which make things better.
  • v0.3 is 50% faster than v0.2
  • Fixed a lot of issues and bugs ( in compiler, loader, memory…etc).
  • Better fake Mpeg.
  • Improved and fixed a lot of modules like sceUmd…etc, and other HLE stuffs which make a lot of games are running or even playable.
  • Improved graphics in VideoEngine and pspdislay, fixed compressed textures, textures cache, and also 2D & 3D (yeah we have 3D).
  • Added special settings for more compatibility and speed.

The Team – creators of the PC Based Java PSP Emulator have released an update. This latest build has added basic GE capture support and more bug fixes.

v0.2 Revision 1078 changelog:

  • Added basic GE capture support, tested on cube sample.
    Until we record persistent GE state (texture on/off, etc) for best results
    replay captures in the same game it was recorded in.
  • Fixed a refresh bug.
    Open menu trick should no longer be needed (click on File menu, it overlaps the
    display area and forces it to redraw, sometimes making something appear).
  • Fixed wait UMD stat
