It seems to be that there is a CFW 3.93 though we previously said there wouldnt be a release from team M33 well we didnt lie. This firmware is made by a new developer Mathieulh. He states that had no hand in the making. This CFW has all the updates of 3.93, CFW, and a litle bonuses by Mathieulh. Heres the specs:

* Uses the 3.93 kernel
* Implented all the original custom firmware features.
* Ability to use the normal recovery inside the XMB by pressing the HOME button:
o When in the recovery, the system is suspended, and you can change all options directly.
o All options work immediatly, there is no need to reboot (even the Slim’s USB charging option)
o Ability to make a Pandora battery from the recovery, read and restore the EEPROM, etc. Providing that the motherboard supports it.
* Ability to hide the MAC adress in System Information, if you do so, the MAC will show visually as all 0’s.
* Ability to save the savegames in normal format, rather then encrypted (only functions in March33 and Sony NP9960 mode).
* The native 3.93 pops isn’t as good as the previous pops, therefor I hope the popsloader will get updated to support 3.93.

Posted on Alek’s website on April 19th, is a list of clarifications confirming there will be no M33 3.93 or 3.95 but there will be a 4.00. All people whining about being stuck at 3.93 official firmware will now be directed to pandora battery tutorials in the forums.
