The motherboard we have all feared till now

brokencodes, of the Dark-AleX.org forums has gotten into part of the motherboard’s signing code.

What does this mean? It means we’re one step closer to hacking these buggers once and for all.
For now, its only a partial code but expect to see it cracked quite soon.

We’ll keep you updated.

    i have one questoin. i have PSP SLIM-2000 the system soft. version is 4.01!!! what can i do to play games at iso/cso? upgraded or downgraded, or w8 for hack the psp-3000???

    if so you’ll wait till they fully hack Ta-088 v3

    kengil. you know he firmware of your PSP. If it was at 4.01 at default then you’ll have to wait but if it was 3.60 then you’ll be able to downgrade. This is a great leap forward in hacking. I did begin to hack the 3000 through emulating what the actual PIC was doing. it is very difficult. If the proper code isn’t read then it automatically shuts down. Great for all the coders that are helping

    i believe those psp maker already come out with new security system already..they just waiting this ta-088 v3 to be hacked then they start release new one

    I don’t think there will be any further MOBO generations for the 2000 series, because the 3000 came out, and with that all HW development will go to the 3000. My guess is they’ll use the experience gathered during the hacking to make the 2nd gen 3000 even a tougher nut to crack…

    Ohhh Man i m counting days…..do u guys whether if its gonaa hacked or not (TA 088v3) because i still sell my this crappy model and buy a previous but i would i have to pay a difference of about $60….Is it worth it or not…coz i m really frustrated and impatient now….Hail Dark alex and Curse to psp makers….

    does the new psp slim with the new motherboards have the same type of motherboards as psp 3000? and if yes. does dat means dat when psp 3000 is hacked it the new psp slim can be hacked as well?

    So what ive read here is that the new psp slim has TA-088v3 mobo and the psp-3000 has the TA-090 mobo.and currently both are unable to use pandora to flash cfw because of their cpus. so now what im wondering is if there is a possible way of knowing if a psp slim has the TA-088v3 mobo by looking at the serial sticker at the bottom and what versions are able to use pandora

    but there’s Ta-088v3 identifier, Google it
    and tot use that ur goin to need another psps with cfw….i would recommed you find someone that knows what theyre doin to help you

    in my case i just useed my friends pandora and mms and it just didnt booot soo thAT means i have the TA-088v3 mobo

    hey people i no u people are waiting for the psp slim 2000 ta-088v3 to get mod i just want to let u no that the only way to mod is to open the psp in half look inside there a bio chip connect a wire from the psp slim 2000 to psp slim 2001 and tranfer data that way haha i no what u thinking how do i no will i mod xbox,xbox360,ps2,psp,and right now i am working on modding ps3 but the ps3 have few security setting on the ps3 won’t let me hack in but i am still trying hopefully before this month email me at hackingextreme@gmail.com if anyone need help on modding any of the system please don’t be scare to email me……

    well i too was frustrated for about a week. 5k for a psp, thats a good deal. just leave it and pretend u dun have a psp. play dota or something. the hack will come out when u least expect it.

      hey dark_alex i no you are concentating on the psp 3000 but dont forget us psp 2000 with ta-088v3 motherboard.Btw seem that the psp 3000 has some serious screen defects(on the hardware itself)

    hehe maybe they will hack it but i’m not going to buy a battery of 100 $ or screw op my psp and do stuff with my motherboard and maybe they will never going to hack it but you can watch vids and go on the internet for free and you can always buy psp games on ebay…
