Rumor : GTA IV : Stories for the Vita is coming sooner than expected

Sony promised the best of the best games to come to and this without a doubt becomes true with titles like Call of Duty, Bio Shock, Resistance and Assassin’s Creed coming in the following months. The list, however, remains incomplete without a title.  Rockstar Games’s famous  Grand Theft Auto series get released on every single Sony console since PS1 and certainly will give to Sony ‘s newest handheld the desired sale-boost. No official information was provided on the subject but there have been indications suggesting the development  such as the inclusion of  Rockstar in the Vita developers’ list. Minor details like these, however, give boost to all kinds of rumors.

The gaming site Twisted Junk is the next to share unverified information regarding the possible release. The site claims to be in contact with a source close to the development team. According to him the game has been in development for few months and is coming sooner than expected. The new GTA game is entitled “GTA IV : Stories” and will take place in Liberty City but unlike the console version of GTA IV it will have brand new story and characters specifically for the Vita. DLCs are also possible. Here are some of the features of Stories :

  • Multiplayer
  • Touch Based Combat
  • Touch Based Steering
  • Back Touch features
  • New Music
  • New Vehicles

    Rockstar will be fools not to bring some GTA games to the Vita. Just look how well LCS and VCS sold. Means that they will do it a again. Hopefully this rumor is true. And I think we will get GTA V ob the PS3 / Xbox 360 and PS Vita :)

    If anybody out there reads this and has any info, I’m the only ciocod on planet earth and can easily be found and emailed. My ps3 got stuck in an update loop after a 3 or 4 year old *by now* call of duty update. It’s been a 600 dollar backwards compatible 80 Gb paper weight ever since and every time it is turned on it enters the loop. I have tried everything except paying somebody for sonys mistake which I refuse to do. At this point even a “hey loser buy a new one” would be helpful!

        yeah i tried the different ways of doing that including removing the battery inside and everything. I actually kinda don’t want to fix my ps3, it’s a reminder of how sony don’t give a flying about their customers.

    my best friend working at rockstar north and he told me that they are working on the next grand theft auto and he said that grand theft auto V coming out to The wiiU PS3 XBOX360 and PC but 
    the PSvita will have the next grand theft auto set in Vice City because rockstar wants to show all the gamers the new version of vice cty map,open world adventure and new gameplay style as they did on GTA IV and as theey are doing on grand theft auto V five

    Admin , If They Do this release it will be a must buy , the whole of my family have played gta , The best storyline to us is gta iv on ps3 and im waiting for the upcoming gta v. I decided to visit this website and find this for the vita. It seems bad for vice city, I’d rather preffered Liberty city as the maps 2 me are known better than vice city.
