Rain's UltraLite MMS Maker, very easy to use.
This is quite a big release (bunch of releases).
RainMotorsports decided to abandon his previous maker and go for an “UltraLite” solution. There are separate installers available from 1.50 to 4.01.

what i really want to see is a upms that goes all the way up to 5.00 wish they hadnt stopped with upms 4
also this is only for windows people right who cant use their psp to make the magik stick
