PSP Mario Map editor.
Dan369 the PSP developer behind PSP Mario is back with a Map editor for his homebrew game. The editor is pretty easy to use and contains normal tile, collision tile and enemy options. An in game map editor is on Dan369’s to-do list. For full instructions and details, please read the readme file contained in the download.
P.S I tried it out, its really straight forward just takes a while to get use to.

Looks pretty cool, but hopefully the game engine itself gets a little fine-tuned. The controls are too… tight, for lack of a better word. The original mario controls were a little looser and quicker to respond. With that and some graphic and logic (I guess that’s the right word) updates, this could really go places.
By graphics, I mean extra animations such as when you hit a ? block with your head, for example: The block just changes to an empty ? block instead of kinda bumping upwards.
As for logic, I mean extra powerups. Mario smashing bricks when he’s normal? Everyone knows you need to get a mushroom before you can smash up bricks with your head. =P
But like I said, this game’s on the right track, but it’s definitely in need of some improvements. However, once said improvements are made, this could be an absolutely incredible engine!

Nice but there isn’t even friction in the game. I’m working on a Mario engine myself for the PC and I figure that it’s pretty easy to make!
