Its out!, Download is below. You’ll Also need UMDGEN 4 for this. Decrypts both Firmware 5.55 games and firmware 6.00 games. But not all of them work due to some headers on the prx files.

hi guyz this tool is here for let you use your original game backup
on CFW 5.50 gen B-2 .

how i can use this tool ?
1 :lets go first you need to install the GameZDecryptZ folder in your X:PSP/GAME folder
2 : put your EBOOT.BIN extracted from UMDGEN PSP_GAME/SYSDIR and put it on root of your memory stick
3 : now you can boot game decrypter now you can press X 5 seconds later it’s done :)
4 : connect your usb cable check on root of your memory stick you have a new folder called decryptor
5 : copy the eboot.bin from the decryptor folder inside umdgen and rebuild your iso

Voilà

PS : not all games working because some games use some fact header on prx files

PSP developer Yoshihiro and the team is working on a PSP Eboot / Game decrypter, that will patch 5.55 firmware games to work on ChickHEN enabled PSP-3000′s running Custom Firmware 5.03 GEN-A and also PSP-1000′s and PSP-2000′s on to B2.

But what we can gather it will be used in conjunction with UMDGen 4, so experience of UMDGEN is required.

The above screenshot is apparent proof of MotorStorm: Arctic Edge running on 5.03 GEN on a PSP-3000 and PSP-2000 TA-088v3. Yes, to all you PSP-3000 users. Its for the PSP-3000 too. No need to keep asking for a solution as it’s coming!. But for those of you that can run & CFW 5.03 GEN-A and haven’t upgraded past firmware 5.03.

If you have Firmware 5.50 on your PSP-3000 your out of luck I’m afraid.

Remember this application is only for patching games you legally own. A UMD copy you wish to run from your Memory Stick Pro Duo for example. NOT for running illegally downloaded ISO / CSO files. PSP Slim Hacks owns all their ISO games in UMD format and so should you!

        have you tried changing your UMD ISO mode, i heard on the M33 driver it crashes after intro but if you use the SONY NP9660 it runs perfectly

    All those who get a black screen, try changing from sony np9660 to the m33 driver from the vhs menu.

    for all you people who’s got black screen, try this, in the UMDGen menu load iso game you want to play, before you replace EBOOT.bin with the decrypt one, choose File>File List>Export, then save as Filelist.txt.. Then replace EBOOT.bin like usual, after that go to File>File List>Import. Then Import the Filelist.txt that you save early. After that rebuilt the iso, and your done!!!
    Mines work Shin Megami Tensei Persona (USA) on 5.50 GEN-B2, PSP 2000, Game Decrypter V2.

      I would love to know to. I have the same game here and Im dying to play it. But unfortunately for me would be even harder because Im a Mac user and there is no release of the UMDGEN for Mac. :(

      I would like to have the eboot.bin archive.

      Well I would also like to know if I need a new eboot.bin file for every game I want to play. Do I have to go through all the trouble just to play the game? Im dying to play Naruto Accel 3.

      I’m in the same boat as you. I’m running 5.03GEN-A and I cant get any of the 5.55 games to work including gran turismo. I’ve also tried it with CFW enabler 3.5 and 3.6 and still no luck. Hopefully Yoshihiro feels sorry for us and writes another patch.

      yeah the title is actually kind of misleading because none of the decrypted images work for the 5.03 GEN-A, which is probably what most PSP-3000 CFW users use [aside from CFW-E MHU].

      please update the title, or better yet, make a decrypter that works for us 5.03 GEN-A users, or better yet, make a CFW 5.50 for PSP-3k users!!

    shouldn’t some one make a fully working cfw for the psp 3000?.. where ALL the games released would work? :D i mean, 5.03 gen-a is great and all, but when the psp shuts off, it kinda gets tiring to run the HEN ( which may take more than one try to work ) .. just wanted to say that :P

      I’m using 5.03 GEN-A. I cant seem to find the seplugins on mine. Not sure if thery’re even there.

    I recently bought a PSP 3006 from Singapore. It has official firmware 5.50. I am hoping you PSP 3000 Genius can tell me how to hack it so that I can play iso or cso. Many Many Many Thankssssssssszzz!!!

      You have little hope-most hacks require 5.03 to do anything-there is one exploit that requires the medal of honour heros 2 game but not sure if that works on 5.50 as I only heard of it, never used it.

    Im also a user of psp 3000 and have 5.03 GEN A full. . I read through the forums and found out that 5.50 GEN B2 is compatible in psp 3000 but I still didnt try it cause my psp might brick. I just need more information wether if its really ok to install this firmware^^

      where did you read this? the psp 3k is NOT compatible with 5.50 GEN B2. if u try to install this u WILL brick ur psp.

    Gran Torismo didn’t work on psp 3k with 5.03 GEN A (Full) even after patched with Yoshihiro’s 5.55 & 6.00 games decrypter V2. Did somebody make it work ? If so, please explain how to do. Thanks
