can someone please tell me how to make it work?!!?!? i got version 3.71 m33 and i puted folder “UO_gpSP_kai_32_test_07″ in “MS/:PSP/GAME” and i puted some GBA files in “MS/:PSP/GAME/UO_gpSP_kai_32_test_07/Docs” and then in the MAIN MENU of the psp, in game in the memory stick, i see “Corrupted Data”, so how i make it work?!?!?

To dsfsd> No, you need custom firmware 3.60 or higher
To Nunta> you also need the .cfg file from an earlier version search for test 5 of this.

Im having problems with cheat codes. especially with pokemon codes!!! i know how to make .cht files. the problem is that the codes that work are items in pc but the catch wild pokemon codes wont work at all and im getting the codes from the same website. i know it says that most codes wont work in the README file but is there something that im doing wrong???

the new versions of the firmware (STOCK) are becoming more bullet proof so to speek. sony is making it to where the psp can be used for what it was made to do. yea you will always beable to download stuff to the psp like movies and PSP format games and music. but the PSP wasnt designed to run these emulators. I have the new PSP slim with Firmware 3.80 from the factory, and i have tried to find ways to put the GBA games on my PSP. I have read several times on several differnt web sites. the new firmware wont allow it. The way all the sites are talking, you need firmware v1.0, v1.5, or just get custom firmware. that is all you can really do.

D321 - Read the tutorials on how to downgrade your PSP. Follow them, do what they say. Everything on this site needs ‘Custom Firmware’ to run.
If you have the Official Firmware, then only Official Software will run (i.e.- almost nothing on this site).
After using common sense and putting forth some effort, rather than insisting for an instant solution, you’ll have your GBA Roms running fine.
If you have a hard time or don’t understand everything, take it too the forums. Scroll to the top of the page and it’s the third button from the left.
P.S.- That goes for everyone else whining. If you think you’re too young or that you don’t have the “ability” to do this, get someone who can.

for the game could not run error message, you need to go to the recovery menu (fully shut off by taking out battery and putting back in) by turning on the psp while holding R, and change it to memory stick mode rather than UMD mode. thats a tidbit that you could have found in a few seconds just by typing in the exact error code in google and reading a few threads…

This is a very easy thing to use and get set up its just that most of you are stupid.
You have to have the original firmware or a custom one to play.
You can put the UO Gpsp Kai in your /game150 file and just go to a site like file front or download.com and get the gba_bios.bin
You can just put your games in a rom folder and chose which one you want to play when it starts up it is a very easy thing to do and if you can’t get it to work you are retarded.

How do I get it to work/start? I used the WinRar program extracted the files, but where is the application? Hi all, I just want to give thank to the creator of this thread. It really works fine with me. For those who was not able to load the game perfectly, you can try the steps below:
1. Download the “UO gpSP kai 3.2 64MB Test 7″ file
2. Unzip the file
3. Open the extracted file then go to - mso/PSP/GAME/
4. Copy the “UO_gpSP_kai” folder and paste it in your PSP directory - PSP/GAME/
Search Google for gba_bios.bin file. I used torrent in downloading the file.
1. Type gba_bios.bin in google search bar then click on the 3rd item - “gba_bios.bin Torrent Download”
2. Choose among the torrent sites on the page. (I chose torrentreactor.net)
3. On the next page that appear, Click “Download Torrent”
To add game (GBA ROM), just paste your gba rom in - PSP/GAME/UO_gpSP_kai/GBA/ROM

The thing crashes when i try to load a game. It says load rom, stays like that for a couple of seconds, then dies. As in the psp just shuts down. I’m using a slim on 3.80 m33. Did i forget to unpack something? I put the bios in the root of the emulator is that okay?

Hey guys I think I might know some problem your having… When you extract the Zip files for any of the Emulators they’re usually inside another folder for instance :
The GBA Emulator is inside ms0 > PSP > GAME > UO_gpSP_kai (PUT UO_gpSP_kai into your GAME folder, kk)
UO_gpSP_kai_32_test_07 > Docs
> ms0 > PSP > GAME > UO_gpSP_kai documents

To make cheats you need to look up Action Replay codes for your game. Then make document with the file extension .cht (if I remember correctly). The cheats are as follows:
