Check out this  Genesis competition entry from Cam-maker, Its a file edit that actually looks good.! It includes a Mp3 player, any you view jpg files, extract zip’s and rar’s. More info in the developers notes below:

What can you do with it?

Well thats a good question, But what can’t you do with it?
You can Explore your whole on your PSP, run and read different file types
You can extract *.zip and *.rar files
You can read *.lua *.txt *.ini and *.log files
You can activate the usb while exploring and doing different actions
You can play *.mp3 files with a nice MP3 Player that is included on the Homebrew
You can open *.png *.jpg files, but not bigger than 512 x 512
You can see the information of any file

    CRASHES ON EXIT, MP3 PLAYER MAKES CRACKLE NOISE WHEN PLAYED, NOTHING EXTRA NOR BETTER THAN PSP FILER OR PSP PDA. NICE BUT NOT FOR ME.
