PSNabler Final Released. New games supported

Final Released.

Redhate and Smokin have released PSNalber Final. Whats new? Its now a modular design application and all the game patches will be added to the psnabler folder in seplugins. And this mans no more updates to the plugin itself. New to PSNabler? What it does is enable certain PSP games PSN access again while using Custom Fimrware. Previously PSN access was blocked completely.

Redhate have also noted that there are problems using WPA security, this will just end in an error. Switch over to WEP..

    I’ve tried it with a few game and the only one that keeps asking for system update is Little Big Planet (UCUS-98744), which is the only one I actually care about.

    OK everyone, I just wanted to update this thread a little bit due to an issue we didn’t see coming, Little Big Planet recently did a game up date that requires you to back out to XMB and go to the game and hit triangle which Sony added a new feature to the list on the last update. This is where you go to look for game updates and unfortunately this method we’re using only works through the game itself, as you will notice you get to log on to the network but right after that it searches the psp to see if you have the game update then tells you to go and update.

    All of the other games on the list are in good standing and we hope you enjoy the work that Redhate continues to do for the community.

    if youre on 5.03 gen-c then Switch to 3.60 cfwe then it will be there.
    Sign in then switch back to 5.03 gen-c

        @Casper88. Do you really want me to jerk off? What kind of insult is that (tbh, you sound like a poof). I think you should come up with better insults. And btw, smart people would just delete that firmware and just upgrade to GEN-C, seeing as it can play anything to date.

        lol you guys are fighting over a firmware? So what. akuojo is just letting us know that it actually works. Im not even on Gen-C or GEN-D2. When I play need for speed prostreet online my PSP freezes when I’m on 5.50GEN-D3. Currently on 5.50 GEN-A and all my games are working but some not online which I dont really care for right now. I hope this helps. teh GEN Team is doing good. One thing I hope is that when Socom Fire Team Bravo 3 comes out a new firmware from the Gen Team will be out.

    I cant get Resistance to work on my 5.03Gen-C. The only one I have working is Pixel Junk. What do I need to do to get it to work? I have followed all the instructions and installed the latest one. Thanks

    How can i play my backed up games online with this?
    I looked at all of the readme files but they were not helpful. It was telling me to do stuff that i could not do, like sign in with existing account. Can someone please help me?

    WPA TKIP doesn’t work, but I can’t connect with any other settings. Anyone help?

      WPA TKIP encryption does a few things, if your on your PS3 most games that transfer information do so through an encryption method using packet data but using this with a game that sends a lot of packet data will error out because it has to encrypt it in WPK before it’s sent and the data needs to be decrypted and re encrypted to send and receive which causes lag in the information, the PS3 can handle more with a 256 card but the PSP has to compete with 32 Phat or 64 Slim transfer so it’s more likely not to work at all, the information sending and receiving is lagged down passed what it can actually handle.

      In short, Don’t use WPK anything unless your sending a message, everything else will be lost in transit.

    I installed it and it said finished, but when i try to play multiplayer in resistance it says you must sing up for playstation network…

    POSTED IN OTHER THREAD AS WELL: OK folks, here’s the deal with the update issue with “Little Big Planet”. After some careful testing we came up with this fix for it.

    You will have to update to the latest firmware update ( OFW ) then load up a physical UMD and download the update and run it. Once that’s done you back up the saved game data and update to the puter and downgrade the OFW and get back to CFW. Reload the information you backed up and use the PSNabler and it’s done.

    Unfortunately there’s no other way to get around it do to the encryption of the information between the OFW and the game update data. We have tried every possible way to bypass this but this was the only way that worked.

    why is my VSH menu has been change like when i press select it go to m33 recovery mode

    Lol, this plugin is a good idea, but i think sony blocked it already, cause when i try to enter psn with the plugin enabled, i get a error, and when the plugin is of, it says i need to update, well, i am not going to to that xd, but the plugin cause a psn error…
