Prxutility v7

PSP developer Pspflashsystem has released an update to his PRX Utility++ now up to version 7 which includes many optimisations and bug fixes. What is PRXUtility++?? Well it allows users to view detailed system info about their PSP.

* An automatic installer is now available for the neo competition. So, I included the splashscreen with a cool effect
* You can now write 100 lines maximum in the text Editor
