Play PSX Games over remote play feature: Over at the official Playstation forums, users have discovered that the recent firmware updates to both the Playstation Portable and Playstation 3 allow users to play PS1 games over Remote play. PSP firmware 3.80 and PS3 firmware 2.10 are required for this to work. This added functionality lets users to play PS Store PSX games and PSX game discs on the PSP through Remote Play.

Why didn’t Sony tell us about this feature? Only Sony will know, one idea is that its very much in a beta state. If only Sony would now add a Remote play feature for DVD Movies. That would be nice.
