Homebrew developer Notaz has released PicoDrive v1.51. This is a bug fix release of his MegaDrive / Genesis and Sega CD emulator for the PSP.
Changelog:
* Improved bin_to_cso_mp3 tool, it should no longer complain about missing lame.exe even if it’s in working dir.
* Fixed a regression from 1.50, which caused slowdowns in Final Fight.
* Fixed some regressions from 1.50 related to sprite limit and palette handling (caused graphical glitches in some games).
* Added ABC turbo actions to key config.
* Some other minor adjustments.

I have a PSP Slim (UK PAL v4.05) I have downladed many Picodrives but cant find one that works.
The Picodrive Icon appears then once i click on it the PSP screen starts up. After that the screen goes black until an error message appears.
Is there anything I can do to play my old classics?

Tried this and it worked, none of the other emulators like dgen have worked for me before. I have 4.01 m_33 installed.

I’ve tried DGEN 1.7 but no luck on V 4.05.
Are there any other alternatives? Or is there ay way of downgrading 4.05?
I had to install this version to try out the God of War demo but now stuck with it.
