PC java based PSP Emulator v02

The JPCSP project have released JPCSP v0.2 Revision 956. This is a Java PSP Emulator, that’s right not a PSP Emulator for the PSP – But a PC based PSP Emulator. No PSP required!

While in its early stages, it can emulator many PSP UMD games at a reasonable rate. Its no PSP, but the next best thing to it on your computer.

This version sports UMD fixes for:

r954 UMD fixes for:

* Fifa Soccer
* FIFA STREET 2
* MVP Baseball
* Need For Speed Most Wanted
* Need For Speed Underground Rivals
* Taiko no Tatsujin Portable
* Tiger Wood PGA Tour
* SSX On Tour
* Shutoku Battle Zone Of Control

r955 attempted fix (actually is broken):

* Castlevania X
r956 UMD fixes for:

* Armored Core Formula Front
* Chessmaster The Art of Learning
* Dungeon Maker: Hunting Ground
* Final Fantasy VII – Crisis Core
* Giren no Yabou Axis no Kyoui
* Gundam Battle Tactics
* Yu-gi-oh GX tag Force

    This makes me soo happy.
    my psp went shot.the analog nub broke. so i got a new one off ebay but it didnt work. so the other night i tried the old one again, but no luck so i swaped it fro the new one off ebay i had and well now my psp’s backlite screen dosent function. i think there might be a loose wire. but this will hold me over till i find a job and can buy a new one.
    lol pitty i cant seem to find a job worth a darn these days

    You don’t need an install file. Just extract it to the zip file and run the jar file. Then select your eboot to run. 1,2,3 simple as pie

    so, i just extract the files and everything is peachy keen? im srry if this is a stupid question, but its almost 3am here and ive been up all night messing with other BS emulators..

    i dont understand what to do with this thing…. i extracted the files in the .rar and i run the jar file but it doesnt do anything.. what do you mean when you say to extract it to the .zip… cuz their is no .zip…

    sorry guys, i am a bit dum…!!! actually i cant understand what is this java thingy. what i know is that i have installed the .rar file. the next step i dont know, i dont know what the hell is this “extract to .zip” (there is no such option i found by right clicking the file), and then another problem, “uncle Java” , now what is this?

    let me tell you guys what i was trying…!!! i right clicked that .rar file, and then i clicked the “send to– compress it to .zip file) then haha, that file become .zip and then i right clicked this .zip file and clicked “open with” i clicked “browse” went into my “Program files–Java”, now i dont know which one are you guys talking about, well i tried all of them, i took me 10mins, but nothing happened..!!! i also installed the “Java” version which my friend “ANON” has given the link on his “name”.

    please guys, i am excited to see people saying that they can play PSP games, but unfortunatelly i cant play it bcz of my computer knowledge, i also want to play and enjoy as you guys do, please if any one of you guys can write it in detail, i will be very very thankful to him.

    you have to install java runtime enviroment first before u can execute the file

    you can get win rar by searching it on google and clicking on the official website link
