PC PSP Emulator: JPCSP v0.3 Revision 1303
The JPCSP Team have released an update to their Java PSP Emulator called JPCSP. Revision 1303 adds some improvements to the Mpeg decoding. Surprisingly too, many games do have playable fps. Its worth checking out if your into a bit of PSP Emulation via your PC.
