I may be going out on a limb here, but it sure looks like Turbografx emulator.

Oh wait, that’s exactly what it is.

    The answer is before you.
Hugo is the original project name, ported to various platforms.
HugoPSP is a PC Engine / TurboGrafx 16 Emulator for the PSP. Cartridge (rom) and CD-Rom supported..
In other words, it plays TurboGrafx system games on modified PSPs.

      WHAT?

I didn’t understand a bloody word of that.

Does anybody out there have grammar skills in excess of 2nd-Grade level? I thought that I’d seen some rather stupid high-schoolers in their English classes before, but, man. . . all I can reply with is, “I can has cheeseburger.”

This is even better than 1337! LOL

pc engine is the turbo grafx in japan. it plays the games that were released in japan. while turbo grafx in north america had 103 games. the pc engine had them plus lots more only released in japan. hence your prolly only playing this system if you really like quality 16 bit games from 1988-1992 days or are a collector. imo this is one of the best game systems ever made. ( for shooters and rpg’s) next to the snes.
