PSP Go Cradle anyone?
Sony have been so kind as to release some official Press release photos of the new PSP Go, so we don’t have to look at it covered in fingerprints! Interesting to note the PSP Go Cradle. Sony have also mentioned that there will be some type of service that will allow older UMD titles to be available to download via PSN. Does this mean Sony plan to have a back catalogue of UMD releases available for the PSP Go? Unfortunatly no further details are available but it sounds like thats the plan. Will it be all old UMD titles or just platinum titles? Only Sony can answer that, but we hope its not just selected Sony titles that will be available UMD-less / downloadable format…

Anyways, the PSP Go! looks to be the size of an iPhone, it is utterly embarrassing for the PSP Community. No UMD Drive, no accessable battery, and internal memory? you know what that says to me? No Modding. I highly doubt Sony has the ability to get digital distribution off the ground (PSN already sucks) and wouldn’t be surprised if this thing crashes & burns.
PSP-2000 still is and will continue to be the best PSP they have ever made.

psp is already a phone….. in a way……..two ways, just use skype, dont think theres text message but it might, and the other is european software…. you can use it if you have cfw

mainly because it doesnt offer much to the psp or ps3 community. ironically i dont like the xbox and will probably never get it but it does offer much more when it comes to its network which my friend showed me.

I think the PSN will improve since Sony’s lowering the price of their dev kits (by 80%, right?). Hopefully it won’t be overrun by half-baked games like Apple’s App Store is.

This is an OK choice if u don’t have a psp already. Me personally, I wouldn’t buy it until they lowered the price to $200.00. I do like the white color though.
I wouldn’t mind playing apple like games like Jelly Car but they would have to be free or no more than $1.00.

well not really he’s not. an iso is about 1 to 1.5 gb in itself from a umd. so you coulget anywhere from 10 to 14 games on download. thats with out putting anything else on your psp.

this piece of shit looks nothing like a psp -.- i’ll keep my psp 2000v3…its not fully hackable but its a real psp and not a piece of ugly, umdless, and probably UNhackable shit! >.< i’m not a hater but this thing will suck more than 1000 crack whores ò.ó if my one bricks someday i will buy an 3k or an used 2000v1-v2

wow u guys are losers the only way to hack psps now is a pandora battery and this thing doesnt have a place for one.Plus as we’ve all seen, memory sticks have had higher capacity as time goes by so not havin a reader would mean ur stuck with 16gb even if ms0’s get more memory than that. FAILURE

Ok, here is what i think, this psp is an improvement IF they can hack it, and the psp 3000 is neway miles ahead of DSi. Here’s why:
PSP 3000:
-Plays Music/VIdeos/Pictures
-Better Graphics
-Camera attatchable for 30-50 dollars
-Better Games
-When hacked, Ebooks can be read and MUCH more
-Hacking is easy as
-Microphone with psp 3000
-You can play it on your TV by purchasing a cable for $10
DSi
-Has voice changing thing but will get boring after 10 min
-Plays Music (about time)
-Does NOT play video
-Has two crappy cameras (0.3 megapixel)
-Games are GAY
-SOOOO much slower (122Mhz vs 333Mhz on PSP)

Absolutely everything is hackable, my guess is that a firmware wiith an exploit will be released within a year of the pspgo’s release. Besides its not like everyone who works at sony are law abiding citizens named Bob Johnston. Im sure that as the homebrew community grows, there will be more people who work at sony who will be into it, which means there might actually be people willing to sabotage firmware updates. If not sabotage than someone might leak the codess to make an eboot load on ofw, and make a ofw loadable cfw update eboot.
