M33 Prometheus Installer v1.0 Released

M33 Installer.

Red squirrel has released a M33-Prometheus Mod installer for Custom Firmware 5.00 M33-6. This one installer does all the hard work for you…err not that it was really hard in the first place. However its good for noobz or lazy joes that can’t be bothered.

It will install MOD Prometheus in your CF such as writing prometheus_lite.prx in Flash0, Prometheus_key.txt in Flash1 and Stargate.prx in SEPLUGINS folder and adding the Stargate.prx plugin string in your GAME.txt. Be warned however when uninstalling is M33 Prometheus MOD it will delete you whole game.txt. So back it up to be on the safe side! And please read the included read me.

Installation:

Extract the M33-Prometheus Installer folder and move it over to your MS:/PSP/GAME and run the installer.

      yes there are so many psp user use a m33 firmware they not upgrade to Gen-D3 :D

      sorry but you cannot play any games on your memory.
      because you don’t have a custom firmware on your psp that was a sad..

      no this is only for 1000 & 2000 v2.
      don’t try on your psp3000 it will break it forever..

    I used M33-6 during the GEN releases. I tested each of the GEN updates but it didn’t quite work out for me. SOme of my games froze while playing offline so I stuck with 5.00 M33-6. I’m on 5.50 Prometheus so its working fine. Only game that is giving me problems is Tekken 6 =( It won’t load at all and I patched it for 5.00M33-6. I don’t understand why my Gran Turismo worked on 5.00 M33-6 and Tekken 6 doesn’t anymore.

    So this is just a simply Add-On like this weird m33_620.prx plugin? Am I still at 5.00m33-6 or will it upgrade to this 5.50-Prometheus thing?

    hi try 2 install this,but i have a problem when i try 2 start the prog to install it it says something about ERROR writing Stargate.prx! WHAT DO I HAVE 2 DO HELP ANY ONE PLEASE!!!

    well it doesnt run on the firmware its meant for. i run on 5.00 m33-6 and all i got was a blank screen until it shut down. with the game using the other prometheus files it gives me the same game will not start error.

    I am using M33 coz Gen d3 is not that stable and M33 has the speed MS access… nothing can beat M33
