HEN for Firmware 5.03 Video Proof & Update

I know many of you have been waiting patiently after the news HEN was delayed. Well the latest HEN (homebrew enabler) news has come in the way of a video from Team Typhoon & Davee. These are the guys working on HEN using the 5.03 uncovered by some weeks earlier. As you can see from he video its coming along nicely. What the video shows us is a PSP-2000 running 5.03 as it soft reboots into a homebrew-capable environment after executing the injected TIFF code.

This video should also silence you non believers I think. HEN is real and not a Hoax. No release date has been set so we just have to wait a little more but it is coming!

Also posted was a recent interview with Project lead Davee on the M for Mature forums.

    haha! hello world is another terminology used by homebrewers when an application or program worked in a certain environment regardless of its limitations or restrictions.

    I’m gonna be so pissed if one day they say they are not gonna release this hack! I mean how many times do we hear a hack and then they take it back! that’s just plain evil, making us wait, then taking it back! its like a big practical joke and playing with our minds and crushing our hopes. might as well say: the psp 3000 cannot be hacked, so you only get disappointed 1 time, not simultaneously whenever a hack is popping around. I mean come on! stop playing with us!!! but i don’t mean to be so negative, i am still hoping :)

    I hope the exploit is fully furnished and with minimum bugs, because this is taking too long :) peace :)

      Patiente is the key to succes, kidding dude fuck that you can say its an scam but i got the hello world exploit working on my psp 3k so if this is an scam we atleast found an leak…

        I don’t think its a scam but you can never know.. The problem is not the PSP 3000 software its the PSP 3000 hardware thats not allowing ppl to get in to it thats why a magic stick and Pandora battery does not work :( …But luckily the TIF exploit was created, If you know Programming you can write your own program with that exploit.. For instance hello world written as a program and compiled looks like this…

        Try using visual studio learn a programming language change the format and try it your self:)
        If your smart it will only take a week to learn:)

    I don’t believe that this is a fake because of the tiff exploit, but i have been waiting for a psp 3000 hack since November 2008. I really hope this hen will be released really soon, or at least a release date that they go by

    the last time we saw the video it changes the system software info and then the mac address. now we are seeing homebrew games being played here wow! indeed it is almost finished!

    Sorry about the silly question, but please, how can i update my firmware from 4.01 to 5.03 ?

      Cooler.
      Download the 5.03 firmware here and extract the rar file u see the EBOOTH,PBP is in 25.8MB
      And Go to your PSP MP-Root u see the PSP foder click and u see the Game for put the EBOOTH.PBP file
      And EXIT…. NOW in your XMB go to to the game menu and u see the 5.02 firmware update and run the firmware.. now u have a 5.03 firmware….. note u must have 80% battery life for this thnk you and goodluck..
