This new revision fixes many stability issues on the golf exploit (all versions), and improves compatibility on the Go, thanks to ’s “perfect syscall” patch for this model. Owners of the PSP 2000/3000 have once again less luck, but they will still benefit from this update which improves the loading stability of HBL. • samirpc

Yeah Jtotheb1 always says “LOL” No offence mate but the Half-Byte Loader dosn’t make me laugh out loud. Maybe if a CFW enabler app was made for HBL I would LOL.

  • homayoon

    what should I do????????!!!!!!!

    • hiroyasu

half the worlds playing free iso’s and now they are makin ‘em compatible for ps3.
even this makes pspgo a sad device….

  • viked

hope pspfan/ wololo/ dev’s typhoon sm1 comes up with something………..and even better all u guys with homebrews what will you do once the battery dies. sony will either update your system or refuse to replace the battery because of HBL. Looped with all this is the upcoming ps3 crack only for cfw’s.

So how is THIS compatible with the PSP Go if the exploit for the PSP Go isn’t going to be released?

Anyone wanna point me into the right direction of a tutorial for semi-hacking/hacking the PSP Go before I go and buy one?

    • hiroyasu

it all depends on your ofw , if it 6.20 and under use patapon if its 6.30 – 6.31 use the other ones. for a tutorial use google ,youtube anything that anyone will post something random.

      • jaramefresco

Alright, well I just bought my PSP Go and I did the Patapon exploit for FW 5.70. I’m glad I got that to work, but is there anything else I can do with this rather than the 15 homebrew apps available? Like custom themes and such?

  • Wolfdawg

you can make custom fonts but not themes that require Kernel access you would need CFW

there are tons of homebrew, just think of something you like and you’ll find it on psp
if you like nintendo 64, theres an emulator for it that works on PSP

  • hiroyasu

i would advise looking into mame/snes and gba since there the most compatible and fully working emulators, and der’s others like sega, neogeo, and all the other old school emulators.

  • viked

i have a question, all you people transfer games via media go?? right??
have any of you guys tried to put one downloaded game into two pspgo’s??
or have you guys considered that buy a game and share with friends….does that work??
