Grand Theft Auto Chinatown Wars: Official Trailer

Rockstar have released their first trailer for , which is basically a pepped up port of the DS version. With unscaled improved graphics and new mission content. What some PSP users aren’t happy about is the fact its not like the other two GTA games on the PSP. (GTA: Liberty City stories was the reason I got my PSP-1000 back in the day)

This one is completely different, look down isomeric view Vs your 3rd person view. Personally I don’t mind as its a change and as long as it plays well. I’m cool with that. And judging from this video it looks fast and fluid. With the cut scene user interactions like the DS had intact.

Not too long to wait for this one, due 20th of October in both UMD and PSN digital download format.

I’ve defiantly got this game on my, games to buy list. What about you?

      Maybe, and I’m a big GTA fan. But I’m positive it will have that quality Rockstar touch were use too. This will go nicely with GTA IV expansion: The Ballard of Gay Tony

        Im with you, and jamaica on this, looks like it will be a pretty good game, and i dont think the veiw will be that bad, as it does remind me of old school GTA a lot, and those who hate it enough to not want to play iy are just trying to find a reason to bitch, because they have to.

    Its fine, and the top down view does play well. Just play any of the GTAs before GTA III on the PS2. The first three GTA games were this way, GTA, 1969 London, and GTA 2 (personally my favorite).

      this one have all the things that the later GTAs got, like planes, swim, jump over the roofs with your car, i think 2d its a fun way to play, as long the game have a good story and a good gameplay. I know this may sound like a flame, but, i play since the games where simple pixels moving around in a black screen, and i have to say “a game don’t have to look AWESOME to be awesome”

      yep. that birds eye view sucks. what were they thinking? might as well play it on the ds, it’s the same thing. very disappointed

    this is basiclly gta 2 (ps1) for the psp, the view doesnt suit the psp

    If developers always make the same style of game we’d still be playing Pong variants
    Maybe this style is not “revolutionary” but is somewhat different to what we are seeing in the GTA since years ago

    game is now up online. have tried it with cfw enabler 3.60 (patched game). works great, looks good, very good game. will buy when it comes out on umd.
