Its based on the rise of Outer Heaven in Costa Rica. This Metal Gear Solid is a full game written and produced by Kojima himself, so its no spin off or side plot to any other MGS.

Awesomeness, I can’t wait! The multiple Snakes are confusing, but I’m guessing it has something to do with multiplayer.

I still can’t imagine how this game will look on a PSP. I might get one if this game turns out to be good but I need to do research for more feedbacks before buying and I hope it will be out soon before the scheduled release date of aion.
