Game Dev Helper v1.0
ktix007 has release a rather handy utility for would be PSP developers. Game Dev Helper v1.0 is a PC program for Windows that will help you design graphics for your homebrew PSP games or applications.
This program comes in English, Catalan and Spanish (You can change the language in the options menu).
Features:
PSP screen simulator that lets you load 2 different images to get their exact coordinates.
A color palette that gives you the RGB values of any color.It should work on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
