Game Categories Light v1.3 r1 released!

Share

v1.3 r1 is released. is the successor to Game Categories Revised. It aims to provide a simple and well integrated category feature for 6.20 TN users, by applying the most hackish amount of patches this plugin ever had. It extends the original foldering feature (which is only capable of foldering everything by it’s expiration date). A ‘By Category’ feature is introduced in to the options, and it is defaulted to whenever you enter the game menu. An ‘Uncategorized’ feature shows up for any uncategorized games/homebrew. As a nifty extra, it shows the type of game/homebrew it is, and it’s current firmware limitations, as a subtitle.

Game Categories Light Features:
- Adds a new option called ‘By Category’ to your ‘Group Content’ menu.
- Adds the ‘By Category’ option in the Square-button cycling.
- Defaults to the ‘By Category’ option when you load the menu.
- Introduces a subtitle that shows the game type and firmware limits.

    OMFG! PSPCFW.de IS NOT THE SOURCE of this plugin

    THIS IS THE REAL SOURCE http://wololo.net/talk/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=7371

    Flofrucht the douchebag goes around posting things and putting his sites as the sources for them when in fact his sites are NEVER the source of anything… EVER!!

    Game Categories Lite 1.3-R1 (Multi MS+context menu for 6.xx) is what this is supposed to be. Codestation hasn’t added the features that are described in the description yet. There are bug fixes too. Nothing gets reported correctly on this site anymore.

    retarded plugin doesnt do anything, doesnt actually show u everything in folders, im gueesing u gotta make the folders yourself and that is pointless and where are the isos suposed to show?

      @Old Skool gamer
      How is that pointless, that is how you organize. For iso’s put folders inside your /ISO folder.
      Example: ms0:/ISO/Cat_ISO’s
      ms0:/ISO/CAT_PSP MINI’s
      ms0:/PSP/GAME/CAT_PSX
      ms0:/PSP/GAME/CAT_BREW

      I prefer to use the CAT_ prefix cause it seems to load better for me, but you don’t have to use it. There are new settings for this plugin under the system settings tab on the psp menu.
