First hands on video of Grand Turismo PSP gameplay on the PSP Go. Judging by the video it doesn’t look half bad does it. But long hours of gameplay look like they maybe uncomfortable on the PSP Go. Unless you have tiny hands? (Notice the guy playing it never uses the analog stick!) I think I’ll stay with a PSP-3000 playing this one! The release date is the same as the PSP Go which is set for an October 1st release.

This video came out days ago on other sites I believe, maybe im reading wrong or w/e. Anyways, true it doesnt look bad at all. I just hate how small the PSP Go will be, but GTR will be one of the best titles for the PSP like it did on the PS1.

I feel like playing my old PS1 GTR now…Nostalgic feeling of my junior years as a 4 year-old playing the Playstation.

Vrrrrrrrr. . .crash.
V r r r r r r r r r r . . .CRASH!
Methinks they should have somebody with GT experience to play the demo. C’mon, he even had the red/blue guide line on.
But seriously, I am concerned about the lack of pressure-sensitive buttons. It’s practically required for the subtle control on the GT series.
What’s more, I worried that this will turn into a “download only” title like Patapon 2.
Me + no disc = no buy.

It does look pretty badass! It looks better than the Gran* Turismo for the psx.

Some of you people are really funny.
OF COURSE IT LOOKS BETTER THAN GRAN TURISMO ON THE PSX!!! it looks just as good or better than Gran Turismo 4 on the PS2!!! it looks incredible, how did they do this AND put 800 cars on 1.8gb?
The only thing I don’t like though is the HUD taking so much screen realstate, but otherwise I’m excited about this!!
By the way, there IS going to be a normal UMD version, download-only would suck since I know I’m not alone when I say I like to have the UMD itself with case and manual!

Well, I wouldn’t say better than the ps2 gt4 (or 3), but better than 1 / 2 by far. Regarding smaller size ( I haven’t checked how much space gt4 eats up of the dvd), they may have used lower-poly-count cars; this could also keep frame rates up. HUD, yeah, this is just part of having a smaller screen and still relaying the info. . .give us a 6-inch screen!
Dunno about if it will be on UMD. I completely agree it would be unfortunate of it were download only, but then, I’ve yet to find a UMD version of Patapon 2
Sony has been showing signs of an “our way or no way” policy the past year or two (or more) and they are free to do this. Likewise, it is our right to say no and refuse to give them our money. Very high price, large power-consumption, and making the physically largest console to date have contributed to my NOT buying a ps3; I do have a Wii though,
And the PSP Go? Let’s see: smaller screen, cramped hand controls, and a download-only game format. I would not take one of these home for free, let alone pay money for the thing. Sometimes I really do think Sony does it’s staff recruiting by digging in the bottom of a Cracker Jack box.
