DaedalusX64 Alpha Revision 407
Been a while, but two recent revisions of DaedalusX64 N64 Emulator have been released by the Daedalus X64 team. This release introduces a number of tweaks and bug fixes.
DaedalusX64 Alpha Revision 407 changelog:
*Fixed GBI1_BranchZ, GBI2_BranchZ uCode commands (Fixes Crash on Pokemon Snap on Phat)

[~]Cleaned up some warnings
[!]Reduced ROM Buffer on Slim to 8Mb
[!]Fixed Speed regression in ROM Cache for Roms over 16Mb
[!]Reworked Rom cache to provide slight speed increase
[!]Optimized Buffers for stability (Needs testing on Phat)
[~]Turned of Release mode build options that were on by mistake

noit will not crash. it works in chikHen R2, m33, and gen-a. i tested that much on a 3000, but for some reason whenever i go to sleep mode from within the game, when i wake it up it ussually says you psp just crashed on a blue screen. Other than that runs great. good job and keep it up.

Finally some good news on the DX64 emulator awesome and I tested it on a 3k with GEN-A and it rocks really well games run a lot smoother and great rendering for some games

On a psp 2000 with M33 when you press home it seems to freeze when it says “Please wait” when returning to the home menu….other than that it works beautifully

Burn them to a cd and then insert the cd on your psp. You might have to force it a little=)

No that’s not how you do it, first you unscrew the umd case remove the umd inside it and then put the gamecube disc into the umd case then screw it back on and insert in your psp, then you can play super mario sunshine!

First note, for the people who haven’t noticed, both “Mohamed” and “stinky” intentionally make comments that make no sense and ask stupid and illogical questions with bad grammar in every PSP Slim Hacks release comment section to try to be funny, probably thinking they are going to get a reaction and become a meme. It isn’t worth it, just another form of internet trolling.
On the second, I actually have been somewhat compliant with the slow FPS rate but the rendering is what is hitting me hard. Ocarina of Time, Donkey Kong 64, Majora’s Mask, WWF No Mercy, WCW/nWo Revenge, and Banjo Tooie to name a few all lag a bit but many other times have major graphics issues with rendering. However this emulator on the PSP has come far and I am happy to see it. Credits to everyone working hard on this and it seems to just be getting better as time goes on. People who complain need to realize that is does not hurt you anything when you don’t have this working exactly how you want but on the flip side there’s been a team of people busting their asses to make you happy even though they don’t owe the public anything.

Also, Pokemon Snap is giving problems. The anolog stick input does not work and it just froze on me right now.

Yes, it will work on any PSP you can install the CFW on. M 33-6 runs it fine but, it is still choppy. IDK what games run best on it but, I can tell you that zelda doesnt run well at all. You might want to try smaller roms. Thanks to the guys that made this.

I wish they would release a “working” N64 PSP emulator. This emu doesn’t work…..It’s not playable. Whats the point in releasing it? However the GBA emulator..now that’s and emulator. It works!!! Its Official!! MAD PROPS!!!

Please help me….
i went to a repair shop who says that they can upgrade or downgrade psp units, i ask the technician if he can hack my new psp 3004 and he said yes.. so after he work on my psp the hack was ok but told me not to turn it off coz the psp will rebooth again and he will have to work on it again.. The big problem is, now my UMD is not working, wont even play any other UMD.. can some1 tell me what happened to my umd ? and why is it not working anymore? did he F***ED up on the process of hacking it? or did he do something wrong with the psp program that made my umd useless??? PLS help.. THANKS A LOT MODS. and to the people who will leave a comment on this..

When you put in a UMD, did you look for it under games? If not then please check there… It is possible that the guy that set up CFW on your PSP turned off UMD autostart to allow chickHEN to load easier.

SUCKER!!!!! hahahaha… I can’t believe that he probably paid for this!!!! And you PSP will crash at some point so you will have to run the CFW again to make it work like you would have done if you had installed it yourself. Unless you are dumb enough to take it back so that they can fix it for you at a cost.
Yeah, you have to keep your PSP on or sleep in order to keep the CFW going….
