CustomHome v0.3 released!

Developer ABCanG and participant in the released a plugin that will make our HOME menu in a more attractive and functional, adding information on the PSP, the , the battery and how to suspend the PSP options in a menu where before could leave the .

The plugin allows
Exit to XMB
Restart the game
Suspend PSP
Back to game
Set it up in two different languages. Japanese or English
See percentage of battery life
See the exact brightness of the screen
View the name of the game you’re playing

Updates 0.3 beta
* No need to reboot after changing settings
* Added function to reset (Disabled when using Prometheus ISO Loader)
* Now shows all games
* Shows the name of the game
DOWNLOAD

    its very hard to create a homebrew, plugin, hen
    it has to be written in c, c+, c++ ,…
    and i bet you don’t even know how to do that
    its very hard to create even a simple thing
    like a hello world could take two day’s to make and i ensure you that a hello world is useless

    so be gratefull for this amazing plugin and just reconsider about it how long Developer ABCanG
    worked for this one. and the biggest shit of making psp stuff is that you don’t get any money for it.
    that’s why hackers started the psp genesis competition. to give developer’s a chance of showing of they’re homebrew and earn money prizes.

    so shut up and show some respect !!!

    Good potential but creates an unsettling buzzing noise during game, and if the game is an ISO or CSO the RESET feature will shut off your PSP.

    If someone could make like, a plugin that alows moving backgrounds without killing battery life, that would be sick. Like, a really cool aquarium as the background on your XMB screen, with like dozens of awesome 3d fish swimming around, or like the PSN AFRIKA moving Zebras BG. Yes, i know there are cxmb themes like this, but very few.

    Anyway, it’s indeed not that easy to compile a plugin like this. It’s not like what you guys see in the movies. :)

    While not terribly useful for most people by itself, it shows some interesting promise. What I’d mainly like to see is a menu for one of the cheat plugins, rather than what we have now with “push home twice then both volume buttons and note while holding R” or whatever the inane button combo is. Great work for a start! :D

      for me too… it’s very useful app. now i can reset the game anytime i want without going back to xmb. thanks to the one who made this. it’s a very time efficient app.
