5.00 M33-2 released.

-2 released.

Dark_Alex has released custom firmware 5.00 M33-2, this is a bug fix release which fixes bugs found in the previous 5.00 M33 release. The changelog is below:

* Popcorn bug fixes
* Fixed bug that caused some games with certain icons not to work, and caused document.dat not to work.
* Fixed critical bug that caused continous corruption of psx games in RAM.
* Core bugfix: Fixed sctrlKernelSetInit* functions not working.
* M33 network update doesn’t work in 5.00 M33, fixed.
* Added the possibility of loading version information from the file flash0:/vsh/etc/version.txt

    Saves the day but only just. M33-2 has a bug in it. If you have M33 updates enabled, PSN access will not work (even after flashing 5.01 version.text and activating it).

    Deactivating M33 updates in recovery then allows PSN access. DA is aware and will release a plugin today apparently to address this. The bug will be fixed in a future M33 patch.

    downloaded it and updated my slim PSP to 5.00 M33-2

    just realized that my CXMB plugin didn’t work with this CFW…

    guess I’ll have to stick to the original theme for the timebeing… :P

    I won’t update, I’m waiting for 5.00 M33-3

    I have yet to experience any problems so far. Maybe it’s the fact I haven’t played much ISOs in the last few days.

    Hey I really need help!!! I have the new psp slim wit firmwire 5.00 and I want 2 have a cft theme but I need a custom firmwire!! How do I download one for my versiom? It keeps on saying “file has been corrupted”

    please help anyone My psp firmware is 5.00 m33-4 and it wont let me do free region or run homebrew games and ive tried installing other firmwares but they all say corrupt when on the psp!? please can anyone help me
