PSP 3001 FW 5.03 (verified) set default values, and selected English, default TZ, default device name set UMD autostart and cache to OFF set color to "NORMAL" (vs "WIDE") 8GB mem SanDisk mem stick DUO (2GB free) actions taken: Installed the ChickHENR2 h.bin in root (with PSP/MUSIC/COMMON/etc) Installed ChickHENR2 gifs/tiff in PICTURE/ChickHEN (dir that my PSP uses for "PHOTO") and PHOTO/ChickHEN dir ("PHOTO" did not exist; created it) installed fw 5.03 GEN-C as PSP/GAME/UPDATE/EBOOT.PBP and PSP/GAME/GEN-C/EBOOT.PBP (I wasn't sure which was used) powered off/on PSP selected PHOTO/ChickHEN watched gif previews refresh PSP hangs, then turns off with a distinct click/snap sound If I select the tiff, I get a white screen I've turned on and selected the ChickHEN PHOTO dir about 20 times, and never got the "flashing green screen" etc. Thanks a lot for any help!! I’ve turned on and selected the ChickHEN PHOTO dir about 20 times, and never got the “flashing green screen” etc.
