I never knew there was a Ultima Emulator for PSP, Not that I was much a fan of it. But here we have it, PSP Developer Phantom Fighter released an update to ExultPSP - Version 2.2 now adds PSP Slim support, support for the sequel Serpent Isle and TV out. Now that should make some Ultima fans happy.

Good news for those Sega Emulator fans out there, looks like you’ll soon be able to add the Sega Dreamcast to the collection. nullDC is the SEGA Dreamcast emulator for the PSP and is being worked on by drkIIRaziel. While its still under development with no set release date as such, its looking promising. Just check out the video below.
Keeping with his updates Zx-81 has updated PSP2600, the Atari 2600 Emulator for PSP. This version is a port of the PSP of the version v2.2 of Stella. It’s based on the work of Aenea who was the first to port Stella to PSP.
What’s new in this version ? - A thumbnail image is now displayed in the file requester while selecting any file with the same name of a previously saved game. - In the emulator menu you can go directly to keyboard and settings menu using the L-Trigger key. - Fix IR keyboard issue with fw >= 3.80 for FAT PSP

Homebrew developer Notaz has released PicoDrive v1.51. This is a bug fix release of his MegaDrive / Genesis and Sega CD emulator for the PSP.
Changelog:
* Improved bin_to_cso_mp3 tool, it should no longer complain about missing lame.exe even if it’s in working dir. * Fixed a regression from 1.50, which caused slowdowns in Final Fight. * Fixed some regressions from 1.50 related to sprite limit and palette handling (caused graphical glitches in some games). * Added ABC turbo actions to key config. * Some other minor adjustments.

PSP Homebrew developer Zx-81 has released an update to PSPVE, which is an emulator of the old Vectrex console (1982!). The emulator code was originally coded by Valavan Manohararajah.
PSP-VE is a port on PSP of one latest version of VecX. What’s new then ? - Major speed improvements : + 6809 emulation + vector rendering + remove vector cash (buggy and time consuming) - Sound emulation completly rewritten and inspired from 8910 driver of xmame. - The rotate 90′ view is now much faster and it is used as default render mode. - Save state modification, it is now faster to save state (but previously saved games are not compatible with this new version !) - Add .vec and .gam file extention as valid rom extention - Add option to change color between gray and blue

A certain person that goes by the name Actarus has decided to start the immense job of coding a PSP emulator. The project just started so what is released is not exactly usable… YET! Release is at 1.0.0.0 (cesus jhrist he likes adding dots) and you can download it to see how it’s working.
Also, he has problems with everything related to IO ports so he is asking for help.

PSP Devopler ZX-81 has released PSPMSX v1.30 with added gzip support allowing users to gzip the roms down from 700kbs to around 50kb. Great for users with little Memory Stick Pro space left. The waiting is over for a shot at Daedalus R14 as PSP Homebrew developer Wally has released a beta build of Daedalus R14 (based of Strmnnrmn’s latest source code). If haven’t a clue and don’t know what this is - Daedalus is a promising N64 / Nintendo 64 emulator for the PSP. This release is now using the PSP’s Media Engine for enhanced audio processing and emulation speed increases. Daedalus R14 Beta also features new display icons.
Wally has noted that If a debug menu pops up while running a ROM image. Just press the PSP’s square button to close it.

For those who havnt heard of DCMO5, it is one of the best emulator of the Thomson MO5 home computer running on many systems such as MacOS, Windows, and Unix. It has been written by Daniel Coulom.
