Developer DJB has released his all in one pandora app:
Release Notes: Here you have it, an all-in-one solution for your Pandora Needs.
This program is designed to prepare your PSP Memory Stick to be used with the Pandora Battery. Unfortunately this program can not change your Battery to Pandora, however it will copy programs to the Memory Stick in order for you to do this yourself. This is just a quick bugfix version which fixes a small bug when creating the config.txt file for the Time Machine IPL. The program now uses MD5 Hashes to check the Eboot files to make sure they are correct. Lastly, Hellcats Pandora Installer was updated to Revision 4a. Hope you enjoy this nice little program. WARNING !!! THIS PROGRAM WILL FORMAT THE PATH YOU SELECT AS YOUR PSP, SO MAKE SURE THAT YOU SELECT THE CORRECT DRIVE, AND BACK UP ALL YOUR DATA FROM YOUR PSP MEMORY CARD

Homebrew developer Hellcat has released an homebrew utility that can easily restore semi-bricked PSP units without the use of Pandora. Called Recovery Flasher it can be run from within the recovery menu on any PSP running CFW. Its also possible to install custom firmware 3.71 M33 using Recovery Flasher.
What is this? And why? * Flashes a fresh 3.71-M33 - for recovering semi-bricks or to up-/downgrade CFW * does not use Pandora, runns from the recovery menu or the XMB * does not use (as in launch) the original Sony Updater (only extracts all required files from the original .PBP) * runs fine on CFWs lower than 3.52-M33-3 - handy for upgrading older FWs w/o the “need to go 3.52, then 3.52-3, then higher” odyssey * runs fine from TimeMachine (3.40-OE on Fat and 3.60-M33 on Slim) * can backup the FW flash and restore selected parts (XMB theme, settings, PSN activation)

A lot of people like to listen to music while playing games but once they upgraded to 3.90M33 they’re only choice was IRShell but now Cpasjuste over at QJ.net has updated his Music Plugin to work with 3.90M33. The plugin allows you to listen to MP3s and ATRAC3s when playing homebrew, UMDs, or working the VSH menu. Note this has only been tested on 3.90M33-3 PSP Slim without fatmsmod patch.

This awesome piece of software from Winnydows has been updated to 5.032. The changelog consist mostly of bugfixes, tweaks (new video profiles) and support for new stuff (MPEG1 codec, .dpg Nintendo DS video format and more…). Unfortunately a 5 mb limit keeps me from posting it here and since winnydows’ website is down at the time of posting you’ll have to run to exophase or something.
