Atari & Infogrames

Recently the game developing company Atari was acquiered by Infogrames for the low low price of US$ 11 Million Dollars. Infogrames has been trying to buy Atari since March and it looks like patience has perserved. Atari will become a second importance of Infogrames only next to the main company. The specifics of the agreement:

• brings to a close a period of financial underperformance for Atari;
• strengthens Atari under Infogrames’ new management team;
• delivers a platform for future growth in the US; and
• offers Atari shareholders an all cash exit.

Maybe we will get a new twist to some of our games from the companies?
