Assassins Creed: 3 Liberation revealed for PS Vita

Ubisoft has given us the Assassins Creed title, screens from the latest edition of Game Informer , and game play details. Assassins Creed : 3 will be released on October 30th for Xbox 360, PS3, PC and Assassins Creed: 3 Liberation will follow the console release date!

As you can see In the magazine screen above you’ll notice that In this Assassins Creed game you will play as a woman, kinda resembling Lara Croft (Angelina Jolie) . Developed by Ubisoft Sofia and does not have a connection with Desmond; instead it will offer a different look at the Assassin/Templar conflict and you will see that she plays more of the role of an assassin rather then a templar but In the magazine It clearly stats that It’s a “true Assassin’s Creed gameplay” so don’t grieve or have Ill feelings toward the series.

This game also let’s you have more room to run; a more open spaced assassin game where you can run, climb, fight and explore the entire city of New Orleans without loading a new area. Now that’s quality. The game takes place In New Orleans, Louisiana towards the conclusion of the French and Indian War between the years 1765-1780. Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation follows a female assassin named Aveline, whom has a mixed heritage of French and Black. Aveline’s mentor is named Agate, whom is the leader of the assassins within New Orleans, but is also an escaped slave.

Wildlife like alligators will act as an environmental threat as they wait on the banks of the swamps and hide beneath the gloomy waters. Liberation will take players across the Gulf and into Mexico.

It features a full fledged multiplayer specific to the PS Vita which will be amazing. And I’m so glad that this game Isn’t a crappy port.
