Alternative VSHMenu 3.1

Homebrew developer Red Squirrel has released Alternative VSHMenu 3.1. This latest version now supports Custom Firmware 3.80 M33. Not sure what it is? Well Alternative VSHMenu adds a handy extra VSH menu with options like reboot or shut down your PSP, screenshot function and more.

You have to enable it in the “Plugins” section of the recovery menu first.

It doesn’t work for me either. I’m not a noob. 3.80m33-4 might be why. I have it in the correct folder on my MS. Plugin is active via recovery menu. Still nodda!

This should be oober simple. I formatted my MS using the PSP which is running 3.80m33-4. In USB mode from XMB I dropped the SEPLUGINS folder to the root of my memory stick. Power completely off, then power on to the recovery menu, activate the plugin, exit recovery. Power-cycle the PSP and the HOME button does not trigger the alternative vsh. Select is what the m33 menu uses.

So is there some sort of other required setting in Recovery to make so this Alternative Menu works? Can someone running 3.80m33-4 verify it runs on theirs?

    TIA
    Cam
