How do I get the .cap files? I’ve heard of a linux distro made for cracking WEP, and it that’s where the files come from, isn’t this a bit useless? You need to know the key to connect the linux computer and get the .cap files.

I wish everyone who keeps asking if this works and if it will crack would actually read the other comments.

No at the momment this WILL NOT allow you to go down the street and crack your neighbors WEP. perhaps in the future who knows. All this does is allow you to scan for AP’s and crack the CAP file.. if you have one. for instance you have on you have captured from your own router using linux and aircrack. transfer that over to the psp and it will be able to crack through it.

Please stop asking the same bloody questions and do some reading first.
