Here is video proof of Total_Noob’s 6.38 TN-A kernel exploit. Its 6.20 TN-E ported over to firmware 6.38. HacKmaN has posted this youtube video and again he comments it won’t be released. His comment is below. And yeah its looks as if the scene is getting ugly. It needn’t be of course..*Sigh*

this is a little video POC of Total_Noob’s already finished 6.38 TN-A. I think I don’t have to tell you much about it, it’s simply 6.20 TN-E ported for firmware 6.38.
It will never be released, you should already know this from TN’s 6.38 kernel exploit proof of concept video.
And it’s your own fault, ungrateful users, you don’t deserve this HEN.

The scene is more ugly than it has been ever before!

TN is angry because ppl are using PRO and it has a built in ISO Loader, making it better than TN HEN..

So he finds an exploit and tells us he’s not gonna release it..
This is like hes saying:
“JUsT CAUSE U USE PRO INSTEAD OF MY CFW I WONT RELEASE THIS ONE!! SO FUCK OFF UNGRATEFUL USERS”
What does he mean with “ungrateful” users?

I used to use TN HEN and was planning to get TN-E..
But forget that TN! I’m going PRO, they are not pi***ing other ppl off like you are.
Your brag fail because:
1. You only get more haters
2. If your not gonna release it, why post it at all?
3. Do you think we’re so stupid that we would update to 6.38?
Eventually someone better than TN will find this exploit and TN will be pwned.
I might sound ungrateful now but I’m just angry that he’s pissing other ppl off that have done nothing to deserve this.

TN, remember that Coldbird and VF are the ones who made the perma patch for your HEN, making it better.
You should at least thank them.

First of all,everything about the stealed hack was just a rumor.Go ask wololo yourselves if you dont believe me.Its too bad that TN fanboys do not have a reason to bash PRO anymore,isnt it?Reversing AN EXPLOIT and reversing A HACK is something completly different.
Then,I would do the same if I was TN.If you want to give someone a fruit and he/she refuses because its not peeled ,you take it back,no need to try and stamp it into his/her mouth.Even though I dont understand why TN even bothered to announce this,or even why make the HEN itslef(maybe to make haters realise what did they just lost?),when over half of the people start complaining about no ISO loader,then why bother releasing another HEN since they’ll go with the one with ISO support anyway?I’m sure that TN appreciates those who use his HEN,but coding a hack is hard and he wouldnt do it just for a few people.I’ve been in the same situation,not with the coding but with the music;I wouldnt bother playing those complicated songs when almost no one is listening.

PSP 3000! Then you won’t see alot of people bitching and whining. I had 6.35 pro and that’s just because i couldn’t downgrade. I’m on 6.37 now because i bricked my psp, sent it to sony, and they sent me back a 6.37 ofw…. since hackers are so “awesome” then make a firmware of your own like 6.50 or just 6.5 but no words… it’ll be the first cfw with no words behind it. Release TN-A but with copyright and trademark…. That’s it……

At all the people commenting about how showing off a hen for 6.37/6.38 just to wave it in front of people and not releasing it is completely justified, and “exactly what people deserve”, wake up already:

Just like in every other community like this, roughly 1% of people are responsible for 90% of the posts; for every pathetic loser that posted 500 times about how TN sucked, etc, there were probably at least 100 that posted once or not at all (community forums are generally intimidating to first-time posters) that were ridiculously happy about his work.

And then there are people like me, who were running 5.55 Prometheus or similar on a psp phat/slim/brite and hadnt checked the scene in months, nmuntil psp go’s dropped to $100, and decided to pick one up, only to find it preloaded with 6.37.

The first time i ever even heard of TN was when i saw the posts about having an exploit, but not sharing it: now don’t get me wrong, i admire all the past work he did, and he is free to whatever he wants with his code, but as one of MANY that never once said or did anything against him, waving the solution to our problems in front of our faces only so he can tell us that we’ll never get it comes across as a bit of a dick move – essentially pissing off the majority of people who would be using it just to get back at a couple of losers.

Now, if you were one of those losers, kindly go die in a fire.
But TN should get over their badmouthing and realize that no-life forum whores with severe entitlement issues are NOT representative of the psp community as a whole.

Omg plz can soemone find an exploit to this update? i accidently updated my psp because most of my games wont work and after that someone told me that TN will release a #HEN for 6.38 so i relaxed because i knew TN will find a way. then I wanted to check on PSH.com for more info about the HEN, I was shocked because after i read on his description ” It will never be released. And it’s your own fault, ungrateful users, you don’t deserve this HEN.” i was so sad, TN was my hero, i never EVER used PRO because i knew TN was the founder of the exploit, but still i know how he feels. Dont worry Total_Noob, you will be always remembered even if you quit the scene, I’ll never forget you.

If you were a smart PSP user you should have researched and know that both 6.20 TN-E and PRO-B5 can play games required OFW above and later. And you should have stayed at 6.20. Now ppl are mad because of their ignorance. But still… Those PSP3000 shipped with OFW 6.37 can still use HBL, probably the only way since downgrading is impossible for those FW.
Also to further complement the tale by @Faust, TN was the one proving Sony wrong by hacking the unhackable mobo TA-88v3 and later mobos by introducing 6.20 TN-A. But because TN is a good boy against piracy he exluded ISO loader. That’s were VirtuousFlame and ColdBird comes in with their PRO series. And the bashing against TN begins…

I just use whichever hen that is useful to me, pro or TN hen. People who trashes how which is better (due to being fan boys) don’t really have the right to critique someone’s work. I use pro because I’m a hasty person and don’t have the time for making iso icons for my isos. TN did great work and i’m happy for that. I appreciated what he did and Cool bird and VF. I wish some people will get out of their cardboard box (or plastic bubble) to realize this. For those who agree say “aye”.

For those who have above the firmware 6.35, just relax. There will be a time(maybe in a long time) where TN will give this out, but until then, I urge you to go pspiso. You will be very surprised by the work of one person on that site. His ID is Kalacaska. Search him up on Google or PSPISO. For those who bash on TN Hen and the creator, we have nothing to say about you. I also have a plan that may award us with TN w/out irrational behavior, it will be called “The TN Activist Movement”. Now it may sound impossible foolish and stupid, but I think it is genius because in this movement, I (along with those who will join me) will upgrade our psp’s to 6.38 in support for TN-A. I can see why TN wouldn’t want to release it, but come on. Making this big of a deal about finding the exploit, posting proof of concept videos, then saying you’ll never see this on your own PSP is kind of a douche move.

He’s got so many loyal users that he just punked. Someone who would tease and screw over his loyal and content fans so quickly just to get back at some of the idiots that pissed him off isn’t someone I’d want to follow.

I really don’t having to make an xmb icon for my backed up games through isotool, I really am grateful for all he’s done, but dangling something in front of me and telling me I’m never going to get it because of what other people have done to hurt his feelings is BS.

Well my opinion is that I think all the developers should work together. Why does it have to be a race and competition against different types of cfw. You know how much better the cfw’s could be if they all worked together. And Total_Noob I respect you a lot, but there is a lot of people that would love this hen even without the iso loader. I mean you know how happy people would be if you release this hen. I don’t even care about the freaking iso loader. I just want to have plug-ins on my psp. I’ve been waiting for a 6.37/6.38 hen for a very long time and a lot of other people have been waiting too. And Im sure they would be very happy if you release this. And you know what if you release this, and if you enter this into the Genesis Competition I wouldn’t be surprised if you won.

It seems possible that Total Noob is releasing a video of an exploit he has found in order to publicly document that he has found it, but doesn’t want to release the exploit until he finishes implementing the features. He wants us to know that he found it first, but doesn’t want to deal with the firestorm of complaining children with poor typing skills when they find out they can’t play a certain game on it. In this case, he’ll eventually finish working on it and release it.

As to the comments about “ungrateful users” I really don’t think that’s Total Noob talking. Someone is just mad at him for not releasing it and is trying to make him look bad.
