6.35 HEN signed? Can be run from the XMB. No HBL required

With the recent signing of apps or using a demo’s signed container has posted he has signed (also 5.03 HEN) So it looks as if we are soon going to be able to launch right from our ’s soon. No need to run the save data exploit first then . Good news. As far as I can see on the avg9 forums liquidgong posts on, no release yet. But we will let you know as soon as 6.35 HEN signed is released.

      I can confirm it works with Prometheus ISO loader on my PSP 3004

      Well I know I posted it can down the threads,but what I meant, is I have a PSP Go; it seems this is not a permanent customizable firmware, only a buffer. So I hope, that this is a start for a permanent custom firmware that allows loading ISO’s. But, my PSP Go still runs Promethius ISO Loader. And that works for me.

      Downloading PSX games from anywhere other than the official Playstation Network is illegal, no matter if you own them or not. Assuming that it’s safe to download something you own is a common misconception, please read Title 17 of US Code, Section 117.

      YOU are allowed to MAKE one backup copy. Downloading somebody else’s off the internet is not making it, and is thus NOT exempt.

        Actually, the EULA agreement, which you agree to upon buying a game. Says your allowed one copy, and that copy is on the Disc/Cartidge. Thus you are legally allowed NO BACKUPS.

    A HEN is a homebrew loader. An ISO is not homebrew.

    A PSP will not natively launch an ISO because it’s not in the proper PSP executeable format. An ISO loader is a “wrapper” for it that does the required translations (and CFWs will automatically do it as well). OFW will not.

    Yes, you still need the ISO loader.

        Right, Same thinking, just wasn’t able to explain it so perfectly as Rydian stated it. I called the Signed Hen Pro a buff for the OFW. I knew it wasnt a CFW, because CFW is permanent, and the Signed Hen Pro is temporary, as in you have to execute it every time after you shut down or reboot your PSP

      Then wouldn’t it make sense to repackage the ISOs back to eboots? Since the “corruption” goes away when running homebrews, it seems plausible.

    some how my pspgo bugged. i was playing a ISO with the Prometheus ISO Loader, and i didnt realise my battery was low and it shut down. well i plugged it in and turned it on. the Hen reset but i can still load Prometheus iso loader

      Probably was just the save state function. When the pspgo battery is critically low SOMETIMES it will attempt to make a save state before shutting down.

      So when you turn it on again and start the game you were playing you will be back into HEN mode.

    can 6.35 pro hen lauch iso loader directly without the patapon 2 demo?

      Yes it can. Once you start the Hen Pro it enhances the Original Firmware to a Custom Firmware. Now you can play Homebrew galore. This is the fastest way to do it!! it is a temporary buff for your PSP. Everytime you reboot your PSP, You just run Pro Hen. Then you’re set.

    Wow!! This works. It was funny, I downgraded my PSP Go from 6.35 firmware to 6.20 to run the HBL Papatron 2 exploit. In 3 hours before going to bed, I found this, and reupdated my PSP Firmware to 6.35…LOL!! This is cool, because it is as the description says. It runs straight from the 6.35 OFW and its like it magically changes the firwmware to the Pro firmware. And I am still able to use Promethius ISO Loader, no problem!! Now I just need a popsloader to run my own PSX Eboots. The Signed HEN Pro still gives me the ability to ryun my PSX Eboots to the warning page but when the game loads it reads an error game cant start. But still, I am Happy!!, the wait was worth it!!

    some games doesnt work like dantes inferno and god eater.

    do i need to downgrade?
