6.20 TN-A (HEN) Release date set. New 6.20 TN-A Demo posted!

has posted the release date for his release and a new video on YouTube demoing on a PSP Go. The video shows us the new TN VSH Menu with the following options.

  • Set CPU speed
  • Set RAM speed
  • Fake region
  • Skip gameboot
  • Hide MAC address
  • TN network update
  • Hide PIC0 & PIC1
  • Spoof version
  • Protect flash0 (Anti noob flash0 protection!)
  • Shutdown device
  • Suspend device
  • Restart device
  • Restart VSH
  • Exit

Looking at those VSH options it looks like a custom firmware almost.

Now what you want to hear:  6.20 TN-A HEN is set for a 20th to 24th of December release.

It will be released via PSPGEN.com

While you wait I suggest you get your 6.20 FW PSP updated with the latest HBL release. Ready and set for when its released before Christmas. Total_Noob your the man, awesome work so far! TN is not releasing a 6.20 TN-A (HEN) ISO loader but some groups are working on PSX, ISO and CSO loaders, see this post.

Update: Something irfan has point out tohere is if you look on the pspking.de forum. Total_Noob has mentioned a downgrade homebrew? Could he be referring to a PSP firmware downgrader release for TA88v3+ PSP’s and PSP Go???

We will have it up for download on PSH the moment its released. Stay tuned.

    will there be a cfw released sooner or later for ofw 6.20 for psp 3000?
    is there anyone working on a cfw for psp 3000 ofw 6.20?
    is there any iso loader, and where can it be found, or what is it called?
    will total noob still work on the HEN after it release because he said he will work on poting it to the 6.3+ firmwares?
    Is there any way you can you use your wpa2 psk wireless internet on psp, even with any hombrew or the HEN, is it even possible?

    I chatted a bit with Total_Noob a few hours ago, who confirmed to me that the first public release of his Hen is ready and has been sent to pspgen yesterday. I assume the staff at pspgen will now be testing the Hen for a little bit, making sure there is no last minute bug, before they make the public release.

    I can see that there’s electricity in the air, just by looking at the spike in visits yesterday, seems I’m not the only one waiting for this release

      the hen has no iso, cso , psx support but there will be loaders released, that can load and play the games. but it might not have support for all games at first release

      u have to wait for iso loader to be released……..mostly at the same time as the HEN …… since the GEN team will release Total_Noob’s HEN they may also release their iso loader at the same time………….
