Here’s a quick video for those that haven’t seen or tried out FuSa build 45 yet. As you can see the output is now full screen with no boarders present. No its not the video, Crisis Core does run a little slower as you can see. Other games are reported to run faster, that aren’t so CPU intensive like Crisis Core or God of War.
To download this prx plug-in, just head to our first post on FuSa build 45.
PSP Devopler ZX-81 has released PSPMSX v1.30 with added gzip support allowing users to gzip the roms down from 700kbs to around 50kb. Great for users with little Memory Stick Pro space left. Also the normal run-of-the mill bugfixes in this release. For full details see the changelog after the read more tab.

Andy_maN and OldPrisoneR have released a new build of FuSa, now it comes with Multi language support and full screen mode 2 - This time its real full screen, so you can say goodbye borders (and hello slowdown?) To try and reduce the slowdown there are many options to boost up the speed, like setting the FPS and priority. Its recommended that users make sure they clock there PSP’s to 333/333 for minimum slowdown. Don’t expect to get full screen and 0% slowdown on 222Mhz
But nevertheless this is looking quite promising, I’m sure future builds of this plug-in will have less slowdown.
Mediumgage has come out with just a little update to his homebrew PSP Filer. He says he fixed a few bugs that were going on with the original 5.1, so it should be running a little better now.
Fixes:
-Fixed a bug that the kernal3 Filer couldn’t run under some CFW version (that was caused in 5.1 only). Instead, those CFW’s, 5.1+ of Kernel Filer can’t run the USB feature.
-Fixed a bug that caused the system to crash when opening a 0 byte file

The waiting is over for a shot at Daedalus R14 as PSP Homebrew developer Wally has released a beta build of Daedalus R14 (based of Strmnnrmn’s latest source code). If haven’t a clue and don’t know what this is - Daedalus is a promising N64 / Nintendo 64 emulator for the PSP. This release is now using the PSP’s Media Engine for enhanced audio processing and emulation speed increases. Daedalus R14 Beta also features new display icons.
Wally has noted that If a debug menu pops up while running a ROM image. Just press the PSP’s square button to close it.

The relatively new Pxl team has released a beta version of their Pxl_installer. This little homebrew program still in it’s pre-teen stages (was going to say toddler but I figured the functions work, there just a few bugs) allows you to easily download and install themes wether they be in .ptf (or official as they call it) or in .cxmb. In addition to that you can download wallpapers which will be installed in the /PICTURES folder as well as donwload and install hombebrew.
You should honestly try it out, there a still some bugs but this is an application that will grow to make many user’s lives easier.
